Erica and Parker Klein began Auburn Handcrafted Ice Cream. With a love for sweets... and a passion for ice cream the idea was born. Then we found a batch freezer available in North Carolina... so Parker made a quick (like there and back quick) trip to get it in September of 2020. We quickly started making our handcrafted (homemade) ice cream to share our love for high quality ice cream with our community!
